Can I make changes to my order after placing it?
Unfortunately, we cannot change or cancel orders once they are placed. However, our Customer Care team is here to help with any concerns.
If your parcel is still in transit, you may be able to update your delivery address via NZ Post.
I received the wrong order. What should I do?

Why is my delivery delayed?
If you haven’t received your order within 15 business days, please get in touch with our Customer Care team.
